SmartAdvocate Juvo Leads Integration

Juvo Leads provides a direct integration with SmartAdvocate to pass leads to your SmartAdvocate account.

Step 1: Get Your API Endpoint

Your SmartAdvocate API endpoint’s base URL will be your SmartAdvocate domain. This is typically in the format:

  • API End-Point Example:
    • https://app.smartadvocate.com/SAservice/sawebservice.svc/Receiver/OfficeCalls/
    • https://api.smartadvocate.com/saservice/sawebservice.svc/Receiver/OfficeCalls/

Step 2: Get EXACT field names we should pass your lead data to.

  • Field Names:
    • firstName
    • lastName
    • email
    • phone
    • caseDetails

Important Note: We can pass additional info into custom fields made within SmartAdvocate. Please let your Juvo Leads account manager know if you have additional custom fields for your integration.
