Lead Docket Juvo Leads Integration

Lead Docket provides customizable forms for capturing lead information. This is the simplest method for basic integration.

Step 1 Create a new Form:

Please setup a new form inside your Lead Docket account.

  1. Navigate to > Manage > Integrations > Add New > Lead Generation Service.

The form should have these exact form fields:

  • First
  • Last
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Summary

Step 2 Get your Endpoint URL:

Once this form has been created, go back to the Integrations page.  Click on the “Definitions” link for the form you just created.

Look for the Endpoint URL and share it to your Juvo Leads account manager. Here’s an example of what the URL should look like:
https://company.leaddocket.com/Opportunities/Form/15?apikey=e903dka5

Optional (but recommended) please provide your Juvo Leads account manager with login credentials to Lead Docket so we can send test leads sent into your CRM and verify that everything is connected and working properly.
