Lawmatics Juvo Leads Integration

Lawmatics provides customizable forms for capturing lead information. This is the simplest method for basic integration.

Steps:

1. Create a Custom Form in Lawmatics:

    • Log in to your Lawmatics account.
    • Navigate to “Assets” and then “Forms.”
    • Click “Create Form.”

The form should have these exact form fields:

    • first_name
    • last_name
    • email
    • phone
    • case_blurb (used for the chat summary)

2. Provide your Juvo Leads account manager with your Lawmatics Form API URL.

Optional (but recommended) please provide your Juvo Leads account manager with login credentials to Lawmatics so we can send test leads sent into your CRM and verify that everything is connected and working properly.
