Hubspot Juvo Leads Integration
Option 1:
Hubspot
Please setup a new form inside your Hubspot account. The form should have these exact form fields:
- firstname
- lastname
- phone
- message
Once this form has been setup, please provide your Juvo Leads account manager with your Hubspot Form URL. Here’s an example of what this should look like:

Optional (but recommended) please provide your Juvo Leads account manager with login credentials to Hubspot so we can send test leads sent into your CRM and verify that everything is connected and working properly.
