How To Send Leads From Zapier Into Juvo Leads Dashboard
These instructions will walk you through how to send leads from Zapier into your Juvo Leads Dashboard. By doing this you’ll be able to see leads from 3rd party sources all inside your Juvo Leads Dashboard. Common questions this document helps answer include:
- How do I send leads from Facebook Leads Ads into Juvo Leads Dashboard?
- How do I send leads from another 3rd party lead source into Juvo Leads Dashboard?
Important Note: If you are looking to send leads from the Juvo Leads Dashboard to a 3rd party CRM, please reference this guide instead.
We’ll walk you through an entire example below on how to get everything setup. We will be using Facebook Lead Ads as the trigger step of our example but feel free to use whatever trigger app you want.
To get started with sending leads into Juvo Leads using Zapier please follow the 4 steps below:
- Enable Zapier inside the Juvo Leads Dashboard
- Add Juvo Leads App to Your Zapier Account
- Add Your Trigger Step
- Add Action Step
Enable Zapier Inside Juvo Leads Dashboard
Log-in to your Juvo Leads Dashboard, select the website you’d like to use Zapier with and then under the website settings click to enable Zapier.
Add Juvo Leads App to Your Zapier Account
Add the Juvo Leads app to your Zapier account by clicking this invite link and clicking the “Accept” button:

Add Trigger Step
To setup a new Zap go to “My Zaps” and then “Make a Zap”
Select “Facebook Lead Ads” as your trigger app
Then select “New Lead” as your trigger – this will trigger an event whenever a new lead from Facebook Lead Ads comes in.
Now select your Facebook Page (required) and optionally select which form you’d like to use – or leave Default (Any Form).
Now pull in a sample by clicking the “Pull in Samples” button.
This should complete the setup of your trigger step. You’ll see a message asking you to set up an “Action Step”
Add Action Step
Select “Juvo Leads” as your action app.
Then select “Insert Lead” as the action.
Select “ Connect an Account”
Enter the API Key for the website you’d like to send leads to. Ask your Juvo Leads Account Rep for your API key.
Click the pencil icon and rename the connection so that it includes the website domain you are setting this up for. The reason is because each website domain name you setup requires its own unique connection and API credentials. By naming the connection and including the website domain name in the title you’ll always be sure which connection is for which domain.
Now map all fields from Facebook Lead Ads into Juvo Lead form fields. You can either hard code values in or use the [+] button next to each form field to insert a dynamic value from your facebook lead ads. The Name, Phone Number, Email, and Summary fields should be setup as dynamic values as these will come directly from your facebook lead ads.
Here’s an example of what the first few fields will look like once you’ve mapped name, phone number, and email.
The fields farther down can be helpful for lead attribution but are not required. We recommend either typing hard coded values or you can also use dynamic values from your facebook lead ads. Please use Channel = “Paid Social” and Source = “Facebook”. This will help you easily identify the leads in the Juvo Leads system.
Click to submit to test, you should see a “success” message. Then click “Finish”.
Lastly, give your Zap a name – we recommend something like “Send FB Lead Ads to Juvo Leads (yourwebsite.com).” This will allow you to keep track of what the Zap does and also what website the leads are being sent to.
Turn the Zap “On” and you’re done!
