How Do I Get Started? (Existing Clients)
Send an email to your Juvo Leads account manager and tell them you want to get XXX (client url) set up with GMB Message answering. In that email include the following:
- Confirm that Messages in the Google My Business Profile is on.
- Send The Email address & Name for the (Owner) of GMB profile/s
- Include a 1024×1024 logo for the firm in .jpg form (must be .jpg and 1024×1024 size)
After you send that over, Google will send over two emails to the email address provided. The first email will have a PIN and the second will have two sentences that the email account holder will need to copy and paste in addition to the pin from the first email and paste back as a reply.
There is a one time $100 fee per account set up and includes all locations under a single GMB profile. For example, if a business has 8 profiles but it is all the same business and all the leads will go to the same Juvo Leads license then the cost will be $100 total one time.

What Happens To The GMB Message After (Where Does it Go?)
When a Google My Business Message is saved, any/all of following can occur:
- The message is sent to the Juvo Leads dashboard.
- Any email address can receive an email notification.
- Any person can receive a summary of the conversation via SMS Text.
- Juvo Leads can send leads directly to your existing CRM.
- Juvo Leads can schedule a demo/consultation/meeting on your team’s calendar using a third party scheduling app such as calendly.
